“Don” Bradway has extensive experience as a senior executive in manufacturing companies serving both industry and government customers and as a partner in a software product company providing data based solutions for diagnostic monitoring and analysis. Don understands that business needs drive the requirements for new machinery insertion. Don is focused on clients requirement to make decisions that impact the bottom line. In 2001, IDAX, of which Don was COO/Treasurer/Partner, was acquired by the General Electric Company as a strategic acquisition for the enterprise software products, software development, and engineering services. Don remained for two year agreement for integration of IDAX into the GE Energy Service business systems and managed the transition of the company from an entrepreneurial, client oriented business to a strategic technology cost center supporting corporate initiatives. As such Don was involved with GE’s Six Sigma processes and related data driven dynamics for process improvement and decision support applications. As COO/Treasurer/Partner in IDAX prior to acquisition by General Electric, Don was responsible for operations, administration, and financial management of a high technology company with proprietary software products and engineering solutions for enterprise systems. In addition he was responsible for intellectual property licensing, strategic initiative agreements, and contract management. Don developed the business plan, organized and directed management systems implementation of startup subsidiary company with primary technology as an Application Service Provider for internet application development and hosting and eCommerce business solutions.

“Mike” Dunne has extensive experience as the technical executive for a system integrator of enterprise software solutions and microprocessor hardware design and manufacturing serving both industry and government customers. Mike understands that technology solutions must be driven by business requirements for successful technology insertion. Mike was Vice President of Systems Integration for IDAX doing technical services to industry and government including hardware/software system architecture design and implementation, integration of control solutions with business application software, and unique control system design and installation related to manpower reduction and productivity improvements.
