Rafrex will have a qualified RFID system integrator conduct up to a 1 day site survey evaluation reviewing your business application requirements of RFID technology. A report with estimated costs and schedule will be provided identifying the RFID design and requirements to optimize your business processes for the RFID solution. Client is responsible for travel expense at cost for site surveys out of the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.
A Rafrex solution for your business will involve one or more of the following:
Review with your subject matter experts and understanding the business process including the existing IT infrastructure and the physical layout to determine placement and orientation of readers and antennae

Review with your subject matter experts and understanding of the enterprise applications and how they facilitate the current business processes

Studying and recommending changes to equipment configuration and/or processes to maximize the use of RFID technology

Design system architecture to and including the existing IT infrastructure
Procurement and installation of the reader hardware

Development or licensing and configuration of the RFID infrastructure middleware

Development or licensing and configuration of business process enterprise software or required decision support modules to optimize the newly available RFID data

Implementing the integrations and changes needed in the enterprise applications to incorporate the RFID modified business processes
Monitor installed systems and components for outages and performance anomalies

Provisioning and updates of the hardware, middleware, and enterprise software and decision support modules specifically related to the RFID system
